Head Chef Grant Robinson is a New Zealand born and trained Gourmet Chef living in Australia. Chef Grant has worked for many leading Restaurants, Hotels, Conference and Wedding Centres throughout New Zealand and Australia, during the past 15 years. He has cooked for many people during this time including Helen Clark (Prime Minster of New Zealand), Mick Keelty (Commissioner of the Australian Federal Police) and the New Zealand All Blacks (New Zealand's national team in Rugby Union).  However, Chef Grant believes that it doesn't matter who you cook for because you should always try to do your best.

Being a Chef is a demanding job and working as a Head Chef is even harder. It means long hours standing up and pressure to meet the clock. However, being a chef can also be rewarding. These days, Chef Grant has settled down and works in a 4½ Star country style restaurant in regional NSW - so that he can spend more time with his family. Two of Chef Grant's children are also Home Schooled.
